Exceptions:
- Shipments to Hawaii (HI) and Alaska (AK)
- Express orders are not eligible for free shipping
We reserve the right to revoke Free Shipping or cancel any abuse at our discretion.

Returnable items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. In order to return an item, you must request a prepaid label from us. There is a return shipping fee of $4.95 per order regardless of how many return labels are required to ship your items back to our retailer(s).

Prepaid r eturn labels must be used within the 30 day return window. Items returned after the 30 day return window may not be refunded.

Final Sale products are not returnable for a refund unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was received

Purchases made for the purpose of unauthorized reselling void all warranties. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
